Positions
Fiscal responsibility
OpposePack voted NO on SB 1 (2025), the $1.3 billion property tax relief bill (passed 64-26 in the House, with most Democrats opposing)[^2]. She voted NO on SB 1 (2026), the Medicaid/SNAP immigration verification reform bill, which Democrats unanimously opposed, warning it would push eligible Hoosiers off coverage[^9]. The Freedom Index 2025 scorecard records Pack's first roll call as a NO on SB 10 (Secure Voter ID Requirements), reflecting consistent opposition to the Republican fiscal and governance agenda[^8].
Limited government
No public position foundNo public position found on limited government. Pack voted NO on SB 1 (2026), a welfare reform bill, on grounds of protecting beneficiaries rather than on limited-government principles (Source 6). Her vote on HB 1032 (redistricting) could not be confirmed by name from available roll calls.
Second Amendment
No public position foundNo public position found on the Second Amendment. Pack did not sponsor or co-sponsor any 2A-related legislation in the retrieved record, and no NRA-PVF grade or VoteSmart 2A questionnaire response was found (Sources 2, 5).
Pro-life issues
No public position foundNo direct statement, pledge, or vote by Pack individually on a specifically pro-life bill was located. SB 236 (2026) never received a House floor vote. Pack's votes on DEI/parental-rights legislation are reported under Family Values.
Family values
OpposePack voted NO on SB 1 (2025) and SB 1 (2026) in line with Democratic caucus positions[^2][^9]. SB 143 (Parental Rights, 2025) passed the House 69-24 with Democrats in opposition; SB 289 (DEI, 2025) passed 67-27 with Democrats in opposition; HB 1041 (Women's College Sports) passed 71-25 with Democrats opposed — Pack's votes could not be confirmed by individual name in retrieved House roll calls for these specific bills, but the IFI 2025 scorecard (which tracks these bills) records no favorable score for Pack[^16].
