Background
Mike Gaskill has represented Senate District 25 (Madison County and portions of Grant and Delaware counties) since his election in 2022 (Source 1). A small business owner from Pendleton, he serves on the Senate Committee on Tax and Fiscal Policy and was the Senate co-sponsor and floor manager of HB 1032, the 2025 mid-cycle redistricting bill, which failed 19-31 (Source 10).
